Responsibilities
• Login to RapidHire daily to ensure hiring the best people• Review and provide feedback from Director of Operations/District Manager• Train drivers on smart hustle and improve efficiency• Review SUTUS reports and strive for zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in less than 2 rings• Keep detailed notes on free items given away daily• Maintain load times and wait times at 3 minutes or less• Work on driver and in-store hustle to improve EDT to 18 minutes• Maintain 85% Department of Transportation (DOT) Team Member Safety• Ensure restaurants are impeccably clean and well-maintained• Hire exceptional people radiating friendliness with a SMILE• Maintain Perfect Product in the store• Prepare stores to score well on the EOC• Attend and participate in weekly GM meetings• Report incidents to Director of Operations/District Manager and provide necessary paperwork• Hire and staff the store to eliminate all overtime
Requirements
• Must live in, near, or moving to the Denver metro area
