Responsibilities
• Follow clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence• Filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file• Operating office equipment• Recognizing problems and referring them to others• Greeting visitors and answering questions regarding office procedures and policies• Receiving, tracking, reviewing, and archiving draft documents• Making non-substantive changes to documents in real time• Processing Fitness Reports/Evaluations (FITREPS/EVALS) according to established guidelines and directives
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Authorized to work in the United States• Past experience working in an office administrative environment• Preferred experience: Three (3) years experiences in a supervisory or managerial position in a U.S. Navy activity• Familiarity with systems/processes/functions like Command Pay/Personnel Support System (PASS), Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), etc.• Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAC) and attain/maintain a security clearance
