What we're looking for: Dedicated and skilled Service/Inventory Manager committed to performing high-quality repairs and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading the service (repairs), inventory, and warehouse activities of the business, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Work schedule would be Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. No weekends!
Our Movers/Drivers must meet the following criteria:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid Driver's License with clean driving record 2+ years of experience in product assembly/repair, product delivery, and warehouse experience preferred Basic computer skills Able to effectively communicate information to customers in a professional manner Able to read, write, and comprehend assembly and inventory processes Able to use small tools to assemble, disassemble, and manipulate furniture pieces Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly Strong scheduling, planning, and organizing skills Possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor as well as a positive "can do" attitude Ability to professionally direct the work of others as well as work together with members of the team to achieve the needs of the business and our customers Self-starter with a strong work ethic with reliable attendance What you'll do: Accurately diagnose issues with merchandise, review warranty agreements with proof of purchase, and provide estimate for repairs in a timely manner. Perform necessary repairs to restore them to their original condition in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. Schedule maintenance appointments and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing excellent service. Manage inventory of tools, service parts, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support repair activities. Manages all aspects of merchandise inventory and maintains the inventory management system, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and meet the needs of the business. Organizes and maintains the delivery schedule and directs the work of the warehouse associates, ensuring warehouse objectives and customer expectations are achieved.
