In this Part-Time position (Sunday-Thursday) you'll have these roles:
ZABS Place Pro: We believe everyone and everything has a purpose and an important story. You'll learn about our mission, and about our donated furniture, and help educate customers. Sales Champion: Greet customers, understand their needs, make furniture recommendations, answer questions, and help our Furniture find their next home. Omni-Channel Seller: Photograph, research, list and communicate with interested customers via online sales platforms. Merchandising Marvel: Inspect, price, and stage furniture and décor to create an inviting and inspiring Furniture Thrift Boutique experience. Delivery Assistant (as needed): Help load pieces in customer's vehicle and assist in delivering purchases in the ZABS Van (clean driving record required). Team Player: Maintain a positive attitude, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure smooth store operations. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and sit/stand for extended periods. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Passion for our mission and commitment to excellence in service.
