Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in Teamcenter Manufacturing processes.
Advanced proficiency in Teamcenter and Line Designer NX.
Familiarity with various instructional design techniques.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
Role Summary:
As a Functional Consultant specializing in Teamcenter, you will play a pivotal role in expediting product and equipment development processes. Your contributions will be instrumental in revolutionizing how mechanical engineers conceive and communicate their designs, thereby driving essential transformations within the organization.
Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers across departments to identify knowledge gaps in CAD and PLM processes necessitating training interventions.
Proactively explore opportunities to leverage underutilized software features to streamline processes and enhance methodologies.
Develop and maintain an array of training materials encompassing technical software, business processes, and policies, including how-tos, onboarding guides, and troubleshooting resources.
Liaise with software decision-makers to adapt documentation to accommodate new feature releases.
Support the documentation needs of the support team, ensuring they are equipped with the requisite resources.
Conduct both onsite and remote training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and other evaluative measures.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive training style guide to ensure consistency across all training materials.
Prepare and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to the training program.

Salary: $89,381.41 - $107,642.13 per year
