Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with courses in a field related to the assigned organization or clientele. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in the information technology support field. Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its effective and efficient utilization in support of the functions of the assigned organization or clientele.
