Summary: The Bell Person is responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them farewell. The Bell Person sometimes will escort guests to and from their accommodations, orienting them with the features of the property and their accommodations, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel comfortable in accordance with The Hotel Colorado Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet guests when they arrive at the hotel and assist with luggage. Assist with delivering luggage for Tour Groups known as porterage. Help with guest luggage when they are checking out of the hotel. Answer guest questions about things to do in the area, dining options, etc. Assist moving packages to the correct location. Maintaining a clean and welcoming presence in the hotel, including removal of trash, straightening of furniture, etc. Delivering of guest items to rooms Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
