About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in our US order fulfillment operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and ensure the seamless delivery of our products to customers across the country.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse systems and processes.
Manage daily inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of our logistics operations.
Work closely with Finance to address any delivery issues or inventory discrepancies.
