Shift Details: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Job Purpose: The Fulfillment Lead plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality and efficient service to our valued healthcare customers. This position is responsible for leading the team in daily operations, focusing on direction, motivation, training, and problem-solving to achieve operational excellence.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and provide oversight for a team of 6-8 members, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment. Manage and enforce strict adherence to schedules, ship dates, and deadlines to meet customer expectations. Direct daily team activities with clear communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality. Provide regular statistical and performance feedback to Fulfillment Leadership to inform strategic decisions. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success. Collaborate with the Area Leader in daily operations management and strategic program implementation to enhance service delivery. Spearhead and engage in projects aimed at streamlining operational processes and enhancing efficiencies. Uphold company policies and promote a disciplined, organized work environment to maintain high operational standards. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational effectiveness of the designated fulfillment area. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in fulfillment or warehousing, with a strong preference for candidates with previous leadership experience. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proactive, "can do" attitude. Self-motivated individual who can operate effectively with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based systems is essential. Physical capability to regularly lift and carry loads of up to 25 lbs, maintaining a hands-on approach to team leadership and support.
