Purpose The Front-Line Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.Completes property tours of the condos and discusses guest needsCalls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.All other duties as assignedGeneral Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
High School diploma/GED preferredMaintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reportsValid Driver's LicenseSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
