JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interacting with customers; including receiving orders, processing sales transactions, and managing customer issues. Training, motivating, and recognizing team members. Coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team member accountability. Creating the team member lineup, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level. Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling. Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to stand 8+ hours at times. Must be able to work 2 p.m. - 11 p.m., Monday - Saturday. (You will receive a weekday off.)
