Responsibilities
• Handle transactions and offer local insights• Create a warm atmosphere for guests• Anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience• Manage Front Office/Guest Service operations• Supervise a team• Ensure guest satisfaction• Resolve guest issues and complaints• Coordinate with other hotel departments• Maintain a high standard of service• Ensure adherence to brand standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent experience in Hotel Management/Business Administration• 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including supervisory experience• Fluent English language skills• Other languages preferred
