Essential Duties: Efficiently check in guests and assign rooms
Follow brand standards for elite members
Check out guests, collect payments, and settle bills
Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations
Handle guest service requests promptly
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
