This person will have the capes and intuitive "know-how" to drive Hispanic media strategy and execution for Verizon Value Brands.We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to 120 over the next 4-months.Are you ready to GO ALL IN?What You'll Do – specifically through the lens of Hispanic market media strategy:Serve as a key day-to-day client contact specifically tied to Hispanic media strategy; Participate in and attend client meetingsProvide client counsel on tactical matters linked to strategic plansProactively generate new ideas and opportunities for the development of strategic client plansDevelop targeted media lists and keep your clients and teams up to date on the reporters covering the spaceAssist with supervision and development of junior team membersProofing and writing a variety of deliverables including but not limited to: communications plans, key messages, Op-eds, pitches, public statements and social media assets.Stay on top of industry best practices, client and competitor brand activity, and ensure Golin delivers game-changing ideas and solutionsShape and articulate POVs on media angles to teams and clientsCollaborate with teams across multiple disciplines and geographies and successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challengesInteract with clients to present strategic recommendations addressing challenges and opportunities, as well as in "think on your feet" situationsWhat You Have:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of related professional communications experienceA proven track record in account management, account growth, and leadership of integrated teamsThrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writing, copy-editing, and proof-reading skillsPlease note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
