Fp&A Analyst

We are a global real estate company looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team due to company growth. In this role, you will play a crucial role and providing forecasts and financial analysis for the company's global locations. You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial direction.

Responsibilities:
Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain financial models in Excel, manipulating formulas and data to extract valuable insights.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and develop accurate forecasts.
Contribute to the budgeting process by providing insights and assisting in the development of financial plans.
Prepare quarterly forecasts and analyze KPIs
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial findings to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Compensation: Anticipated hiring range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually depending on experience
