Youth Villages is seeking individuals with a strong sense of purpose and focus to join their teamSpecialists in the Foster Care program work with foster care children and their families to address referral issuesThis position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in various settings

Responsibilities
• Provide services to the entire family, not just the identified youth• Work hands-on with families to build trust and align them with treatment• Maintain a caseload of 8-10 families• Deliver services in the family's home or other locations as needed• Document services using online/web-based systems• Meet with supervisors at least three times per week• Be available for backup in difficult situations• Complete a thorough training schedule to develop clinical skills• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Maintain a flexible schedule
Requirements
• Master's degree in a social services discipline• One year of experience counseling adolescents in a clinical setting• Experience with the Foster Care System preferred• Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Basic computer knowledge• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle with liability insurance
