Plus, if all requirements are met, this position is eligible for incentives , including 10% of upsells and 10% of all volume over 11k, as well as bonus opportunities at a 70/30 split! QUALIFICATIONS 2 or more years of construction experience Experience in construction management or leadership Willing to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs A valid driver's license A working cell phone Customer service skills Able to sell and upsell projects to customers Able to manage up to 3 people on a crew Can you represent our company in a professional manner?
