Food And Beverage Supervisor

Resort Food and Beverage Supervisor. $23 Per Hour. First Rotation in Las Vegas.  Food and Beverage Supervisor Duties
Ensure that Servers work efficiently and professionally at all times Ensure a sanitary dining room complying with all health and safety codes, licensing regulations and policies and procedures regarding the proper handling and serving of food Supervise and direct the cleaning of all dining and food service areas Develop and implement training, policies and processes to ensure that Servers are properly groomed, dressed and using proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables courteously, and professionally Survey residents to determine their satisfaction levels with the service provided and make corrections as necessary Ensure that all residents are greeted and seated properly, making extra efforts to integrate new residents making them feel welcome and comfortable Manage and track budget spending and goals Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform or clothing and name tag when working Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required 3 Years as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor. Must Have High End Experience
