Responsibilities
• Maintains positive guest relations and delivers fine dining experiences• Ensures Food and Beverage operation meets hotel operating standards• Acts as an information center for guests' inquiries and requests• Develops and maintains repeat business through effective guest relations• Coordinates seating of guests• Remains up to date with restaurant trends• Ensures employee grooming and uniform standards• Ensures cleanliness and condition of pool furniture• Ensures pool areas are never left unattended• Documents safety hazards/violations• Works closely with other departments ensuring effective communication
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field• Minimum of three (3) years experience in Food & Beverage position in luxury hotel environment• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
