Job OverviewPurpose:
As the Floor Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Expos, and Service Assistants to execute the Oakfire Service Philosophy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Oakfire's Guest Service Methodology.Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.Follows checklists and standard operating procedures as well as sign off/report as completed.Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Oakfire.Ensure the FOH team is informed and focused on daily priorities via pre and post shift meetings as well as necessary shift notes/logs.Coach and support FOH team in their responsibilities to ensure First Class Guest Service and standard operating procedures (SOP) are executed. Hold team members accountable through 1st and 2nd warnings with the guidance of management.Be a subject matter expert in all areas of the FOH operations to provide effective leadership to the FOH staff.Touch every table to ensure First Class Guest ServiceWork with the leadership team to ensure new members of the team are following training plans and guidelines.Ensure all cash handling processes and procedures are being followedEnsure that servers and hosts are following cash handling and discount procedures and using a Manager Card only and not a numerical passwordPerforms other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS: Strong Leadership SkillsAbility to remain resilient under pressureAbility to make quality and timely decisionsStrong Coaching Skills including the ability to give constructive feedback in a way that promotes improvementExceptional communication and organizational skillsThrives in a fast pace environmentFriendly, High Energy
