Basic Function HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Fleet Analyst. The Fleet Analyst works closely with the management team and company employees in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Pipeline Companies fleet of vehicles under limited supervision.
Job Duties (functions considered essential as defined by ADA) 
Supports all Pipeline Employees with Fleet management to comply with prescribed safety regulations Develops relationships with Fleet providers and repair companies Provides and analysis reports for management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress Assists with the evaluation and analysis for management, the financial impact related to equipment, repairs and related expenses Communicates effectively with department leaders to assist with budget accountability, compliance, and communicates fleet maintenance with internal stakeholders Analysis and reviews cost and operational trends and recommends improvements and preventive maintenance Compiles and analysis data, making calculations and preparing reports as requested Supports the fleet's safety culture by coordinating driver training and ensures adherence to proper driving practices when requested and as needed Maintains, updates and reports on Fleet Inventory for all Pipeline Operations ensures accuracy and compliance Provides leadership and/or recommendations for vehicle repair/maintenance decisions when the manager/supervisor is unavailable Ensures registrations of all vehicles are up to date guaranteeing all drivers have proper licenses and prepares reports and maintains vehicle insurance, registration, recalls, etc. ensuring accuracy and compliance May negotiate vehicle and/or equipment purchase terms in coordination with procurement Ensures all repairs conform to U.S. Department of Transportation standards and maintains compliance Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
Experience A minimum of four years of job related and industry experience is required. 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two years of experience in the oil and gas refining, energy, and/or Pipeline. SAP experience preferred.
Education Level A minimum of an Associate's degree, in a technical or related field, or two years of related work experience in lieu of a degree, is required. 
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.

Strong organization and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently with changing priorities. Ability to communicate with others, both written and verbal communication and across multiple department lines and third party locations. Advanced reading and writing skills, and ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations. Embraces fact-based decision making. Intermediate to advanced computer skills particularly in MS Excel to provide written reports and spreadsheets as well as the ability to learn new programs. Able to connect and build long-term trusting relationships with peers and operational stakeholders. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; strong listening skills; naturally inclusive in decision-making environments. Easily accepts constructive input from others. Aptitude for, and/or interest in, the operational and technical challenges common to a major refining and lubricants company. Works well in multi-regional settings; able to facilitate teamwork across boundaries. A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate themselves and others.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
SAP experience.
Work Conditions Office based with occasional refinery visits from time to time and with travel up to 30% by land and air required. Travel may be extensive in the first several months. Petroleum refinery/industrial environment, including but not limited to, working near moving mechanical parts and/or rotating equipment, petroleum products, chemicals, pressure vessels, and/or tanks. Subject to varying road and weather conditions.
Physical Requirements Job conditions require, standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, talking or hearing, making precise hand and finger movements, reaching or grasping. Job conditions may require making visual inspections, lifting and/or carrying up to 25lbs, pushing and/or pulling up to 25lbs, climbing up to 3ft, working in confined spaces, and perceiving color differences.
