Commission! ? Bonuses! We are hiring a Fitness Sales Advisor with sales experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by being able to support sales initiatives. ? Excellent customer service skills ? Solid verbal and written communication skills required ? Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment ? Ability to work and function in a team environment ? Health & Fitness minded people required JOB DUTIES INCLUDE ? Assist in Mayweather Boxing & Fitness business and studio operations and get an opportunity to learn about the business side of things. ? Work hand-in-hand with both instructors & sales team to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout. ? Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic ? Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients ? Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio. ? Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities. ? Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution. ? Participate in marketing and outreach events ? Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs. *Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations.
