Responsibilities
• Maintain and assist with fiscal control systems and ledgers• Post routine budget, revenue, expense, and correcting entries• Perform transaction initiation, requisition, or journaling duties• Review and process routine accounting data• Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions• Prepare, process, and track salary distribution• Prepare documentation for accounts payables/receivables• Review purchasing, travel, and personnel transactions• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• At least 3 years of experience directly related to specified duties and responsibilities• Knowledge of Banner, LoboMart, and Chrome River preferred• Experience with PCard use preferred• Experience with Excel preferred
