Job summary
F&M Trust is hiring a Financial Services Representative (FSR) III at their Norland Avenue Office.The FSR III will provide exceptional customer service and perform various transactions for customers.Sales and outbound phone calling efforts are emphasized in this role.

Responsibilities
• Open consumer, business, and special accounts.• Perform a wide array of transactions for consumer and business customers.• Prospect and make outbound phone calls to current customers.• Perform backup duties for the Lead FSR and team.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.• At least two (2) years of previous sales or retail service experience.• Comfortable discussing finances with customers.• Openness to training and development opportunities.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.• Outgoing personality.
