Financial Planning Support Specialist Location Raleigh, NC (Northeast area) : Are you self-motivated and curious to learn about financial planning? Job Overview: As a Financial Planning Support Specialist, you will aid a team of financial planning consultants dedicated to helping advisors create efficiency, and expand their planning services all while maximizing their financial planning revenue. This is a full time remote position.
Responsibilities: Support financial planning consultants in their advisor consultations by managing follow up items, responding promptly to inquiries, and nurturing a streamlined engagement process.
Assist with designing content and advisor-facing presentations
Create a workflow for managing a pipeline of consultations with consistent, proactive follow-up
Manage content workflows and quality control of outputs.
Coordinate pro-active outreach and promote advisor events.
Assist in the preparation of team monthly activity reports and advisor feedback surveys.
Improve processes and systems as needed
Willingness to work on special research projects and assignments

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience within a financial services and/or financial planning environment
Core Competencies: Strong content design skills, preferably with experience in Adobe Editor
Organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners in a virtual environment
Ability to analyze and research information
Self-motivated, driven and takes initiative
Prior customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferences: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related areas preferred

Pay Range:
$24.69-$37.04/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
