As a FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape. Your duties include:
Spearheading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting. Collaborating across all organizational levels to develop budgets, projections, and analyses. Crafting impactful presentations and analysis summaries. Enhancing financial performance through strategic oversight. Managing financial reporting systems and data analytics. Coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reports. Conducting and evaluating various business scenarios through insightful what-if analyses. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CMA or CPA certification preferred. 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools. Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred: Experience in flexible packaging Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or statistics.
