City of Santa Ana

A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal. The high priority candidate will have a great attitude and

with a strong work ethic.

Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

Treatment planning.
IV Cases.
Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club.
Familiar with electronic billing and dental billing knowledge.
Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
Knowledge of Dentrix a plus!
Knowledge Dentical, PPO and HMO Billing

Desired Profile/Background:

MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
Previous dental front office experience highly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Clean, neat professional appearance.
Bi-Lingual Spanish desired.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
