ABOUT THE ROLE ????? We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and decision support functions.
In this role, you'll:
Assist in maintaining, building, and managing forecasts and models, ensuring accuracy and repeatability Work cross-functionally with key business partners on revenue forecasting, expense/headcount management, and ad hoc analysis. Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial variants, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You will use various BI tools, ERP, and other systems to perform ad hoc analytics ABOUT YOU ?? You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative field You have 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar field You have experience manipulating and analyzing data sets You have an understanding of GAAP and accounting principles You have experience with an ERP or ERM You have strong Excel skills You're organized, super self-driven, can deliver and have a "get stuff done" attitude You enjoy being part of a team and believe in standing together: We're a small, fast-growing team, and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices to make the entire organization better Finally, you can have a bit of fun with us along with way.
