Financial Advisor

Seeking a friendly, supportive, caring, and self-motivated Financial Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Production: Use our leads and yours to teach and convert prospects into clients, Teach / facilitate group education to colleges and businesses, Bring in new prospective clients, Follow up with prospective clients, Maximize relationships, create referrals and referral partnerships Administrative: Schedule appointments with prospects, clients, and other Advisors, Meet with current clients 1-2 times per year to review plans and make adjustments, Enter and update client information in our database, Complete administrative paperwork to fulfill client needs Firm Alignment: Learn and follow our fee planning process, strategies, and philosophies, Learn from and share with other Firm Advisors Personal Attributes:

Investment industry experience is preferred. Experience with insurance and/or annuities is a plus. Must have or be willing and able to acquire securities and insurance licenses (Series 63, Missouri Life & Health) A college degree is a plus, but not as important as investment industry experience. Ability to pass background checks.
