This 12-month program is designed to groom you into a Business Unit Finance Manager, and then later, an Area Director.

Position Overview:
As a Finance Support Manager, you will dive deep into the intricacies of our business operations, working closely with sales and operations teams across various sites. Your role will involve a blend of travel, financial forecasting, and month-end closings, contributing directly to the success of our $1.5 billion region.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a 12mo leadership development program designed to guide you to a Business Unit Finance Manager, and then later, an Area Director position
Immerse yourself in understanding the operations and nuances of our business
Collaborate with sales and operations teams across different sites, engaging in hands-on learning experiences
Spend ~1 week out of each month forecasting sessions
Spend ~2 weeks out of each month traveling to field sites
Utilize the remaining time on month end close
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field,
an MBA is a plus
2+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
Demonstrated ambition to assume leadership roles and grow within the company
Geographical mobility is essential; willingness to relocate to one of several nationwide locations for the Business Unit Finance Manager position

$135,000 /year
