Responsibilities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes• Supervise finance staff and train/manage job performance• Review and approve balance sheet account analysis and financial reporting• Conduct special financial studies and prepare routine and ad hoc reports• Participate in the development of accounting policies and procedures• Manage special projects and prepare presentations for senior management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field• Minimum of six years related experience, including two years in a lead/supervisory role• CPA or MBA preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• In-depth knowledge of financial terms, principles, and GAAP• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems• Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology is helpful
