Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, monitor, and train the accounting and project management team• Establish accounting operational strategies and design systems• Provide financial projections and advise departments on data analysis• Oversee financial and operational duties in the office• Prepare monthly billing statements and close out jobs• Handle month-end close and reconcile financial discrepancies• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors• Review client contracts and manage IT functions• Oversee HR functions and answer accounting procedure questions• Comply with legal requirements and prepare special financial reports
Requirements
• Experience in professional services accounting• Top financial skills and a team player• Ad agency or related professional services experience• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience• Strong understanding of agency structure and project accounting• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented• Understanding of state and federal tax laws• Computer accounting software skills and project management skills
