Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Financial Operations team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate payments to our valued customers. Your work will involve maintaining compliance with contracts, guidelines, and regulations, all while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Your Role in Our Mission:

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of cash management and processing tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing cash receipts, paper checks, daily deposits, EFTs, voided payments, stop payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyzing claim payments and entering financial transactions accurately.
- Providing prompt responses to client inquiries, both internal and external.
- Participating in the reconciliation and processing of annual 1099s.
What You Should Expect in This Role:
- Remote position in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
- Salary range: $33,500 - $47,900 per year, with variations based on geographic location, experience, and other factors.
