Responsibilities
• Commissioning, installation, set up, training of new and old machines• Customer operator & maintenance training• Field repair and maintenance• Hotline service and desk service support• Organize storage and warehousing of spare parts• Travel to customer sites and report service activity• Establish and maintain customer relationships• Provide technical solutions and advice to customers
Requirements
• More than 2 years experience servicing EDM machines• Mechatronic background• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings• Capable of electronic diagnosis to circuit board level• Knowledge and experience with CNC and software• Education in Mechatronic, Industrial mechanics, or Industrial electronics• Good communication and organizational skills• Discipline, self-driven, can-do attitude• Residence near office preferred• Availability to travel• Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus
