Position Responsibilities:
Installing or updating company-maintained equipment in various field locations
Configure hardware and software components following installation
Carry out regular maintenance on technological equipment and testing equipment to identify problems.
Keep track of all tools and equipment used during service calls
Instruct/Encourage customers to utilize the equipment properly
Manage the stock of replacement parts and equipment
Qualifications:
Must have CDL
Proactive
Preferred to have 3-5 years experience troubleshooting, repair repairing, and servicing heavy equipment
Familiarity with basic tools and tool usage, including but not limited to, welding skills.
Strong customer service skills
Self-reliant/Organizational skills
Little to no supervision needed
Team player
