Overview
In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects related to field and technical service and administration for our client's chemical analysis field service team.
Location: Greater Houston Area
In This Role You Will:
Lead your team of field service engineers to efficiently investigate and solve customer problems
Provide employee development, and performance reviews for your team. Ensure their skill matrix is constantly up-to-date and expanding
Coordinate and manage your team's assignments and projects
Identify potential areas for growth and help design strategies to increase service revenue
Analyze statistics to determine level of customer satisfaction with assigned service teams
Work within a cross-functional team of managers from other departments both in the US and abroad, focusing on customer and vendor relationships
Ideal Skills/Knowledge:
B.S. in a science or engineering discipline
5 years of combined people management and technical service experience
Excellent leadership and management skills
Able to manage remote personnel
Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
