Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to families during difficult times• Conduct legal research to support case preparation• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation• Assist in case management and trial preparation• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing• Manage attorney calendars
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience• Family Law experience• Proven experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department• Strong research and writing skills• Proficiency in legal research tools and software• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High level of attention to detail and accuracy• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
