Creation of low to moderate complexity facilities plans via AutoCad. Assess/evaluate various design solutions to determine the most cost-effective and feasible means of solving the issue.70%Contract Preparation. Field visits, data collection, quantity calculations, cost estimates, evaluation of logistical challenges, etc.10%Site visits/investigations. Site visits to collect data, measurements, mileages, quantities, evaluate site conditions, etc.10%Contract inspection and monitoring. Serve as on-site quality control/contract inspector working thru qualified FS COTR.10%Other:Travel Requirements: Primarily local, returning to duty station each day.Overnight travel: OccasionalPhysical requirements: Primarily office-based/sedentary with some site visits to front country/administrative sites.
