You must know how to clean large areas like hallways, offices, schools, churches, and commercial buildings. An eye for detail is a must-have; we are looking for someone who can assess their work objectively and ensure a consistent quality of work. You must follow all industry standards and safety regulations when working with supplies and cleaning equipment. Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently, has a positive mindset, has excellent customer service skills, and is willing to drive to different job site locations.
Responsibilities Cleaning and supplying designated building areas Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms Sweep, mopping, and buff hardwood floors as needed Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Be a key holder and set alarms to secure the buildings The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. 
Requirements and Qualifications Valid license and insured transportation (we use personal vehicles for travel) A high standard for cleanliness Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Time-management skills Physical stamina Able to pass a background check and drug screening
