Volt is immediately hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic- Days in Hillsboro, OR. SHIFT:
Work every other Wednesday and every Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 6am-6pm. OFF every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. (Week 1= 48 hours, Week 2= 36 hours)
Daily Overtime Pay ! Earn 4 hours of OT pay every day (after 8 hours)
As the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic , you will be responsible for the efficient operation, regulation, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on Facilities equipment Troubleshoot and repair down equipment and systems Checking on water and air systems (industrial HVAC) throughout the facility Deciding on repair or replace parts for equipment, pumps, filters, etc. Documenting all changes in a CMMS system. Monitor, operate, and support equipment including hot water generators, chillers, cooling towers, air systems, closed loop water systems, DI Water system, wastewater treatment, toxic gas monitoring, acid waste neutralization system, vacuum pumps, and electrical distribution Perform Lean Projects and 6S of assigned areas

The ideal candidate will have : High School Diploma is required with an applicable trade AA preferred 5+ years of trade experience in industrial facilities maintenance The ideal candidate will have experience in closed loop water systems, waste treatment systems, HVAC, and electrical systems Must have good general understanding of all building systems including Air Compressors, HVAC, water and vacuum pumps, and plumbing Pay Rate: $ 24.95 - 39.95 per hour
