Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace. Set up and monitor extrusion process parameters. Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues. Follows detailed product specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing orders. Document production outputs, times, and efficiencies. Verify and document that product quality specifications are being met. Participates in continuous improvement activities. Aspire to continuously acquire additional process and equipment knowledge. High School Diploma, GED or 2 years of manufacturing experience. Good mechanical aptitude. Must be able to drive forklift/squeeze lift. Must be able to use measuring devices. Technically minded with a thorough attention to details. Documentation must be legible and accurate. Ability to work in a team environment. Good work ethic. A good attitude.
