What You'll Do:
As our External Relations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to our External Relations department. From scheduling and project management to document drafting and event planning, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars like a pro, ensuring smooth day-to-day engagements and handling any conflicts with ease.
Provide top-notch administrative support, keeping our major projects organized and on track.
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting follow-ups, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Own our CRM system (think Salesforce), keeping it updated and generating insightful reports.
Coordinate department meetings and events, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are captured.
Handle partnership opportunities like a boss, from tracking requests to providing event support.
Proactively respond to inquiries from donors and partners, delivering exceptional customer service every time.
Assist with various mailings and donor recognition activities, spreading the love to our supporters.
Keep our records organized and up-to-date, because who doesn't love a tidy database?
Conduct research as needed to support our fundraising efforts.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for our mission (it's kind of our thing!).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, or a similar environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (if you know your way around it, you're already ahead!).
Event planning experience is a bonus, but not required (we'll teach you the ropes!).
Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for staying organized.
A friendly demeanor and a knack for providing top-notch customer service.
The ability to work collaboratively with team members from different departments.
A knack for staying cool under pressure and tackling challenges head-on.

Compensation:
We believe in fair compensation for hard work. The pay range for this position is $44,000-$46,500, depending on experience. On top of that, we offer an annual benefits stipend of $8,000 to cover health, vision, dental insurance, retirement accounts, and more.
