Your Role:
As a part of our dedicated sales team, you'll leverage your expertise to engage with homeowners, helping them understand the benefits and savings of transitioning to solar energy. You'll guide customers through the solar conversion process, from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and leads.
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs, explain our solar offerings, and close sales with persuasive, informed pitches.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and updates in solar technology and energy regulations.
Manage the entire sales cycle efficiently, from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What You Bring to the Table:
At least 2 years of direct sales experience in the solar industry, with a strong track record of closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of customers and needs.
Strong negotiation skills and a drive to succeed.
A commitment to ethical sales practices and delivering high customer satisfaction.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
