Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers via VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Maintain set phone time or sales quotas as outlined by management.
Increase sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Achieve new business production goals and objectives.
Develop insurance quotes, conduct phone or Zoom sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales is required.
Highly self-motivated with a professional phone demeanor.
Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Preferred minimum of 3-5 years of prior sales experience.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
