Experienced Escrow Assistant

Escrow Assistant Job Description Escrow assistants help escrow officers with preparing, closing, and disbursing funds for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include processing escrow documents, clearing title, preparing closing documents, coordinating with other title companies, disbursing funds, ordering title documents, and answering client calls and emails. In most cases, escrow assistants are assigned to one escrow officer, but sometimes they support two. This is an onsite job that requires 40 hours per week.
Education We require that all escrow assistants have high school diplomas (or the equivalent).
Experience Experience in escrow while working at a title insurance company is preferred.
