Job Summary: The Walt Disney World Operations Training team is currently seeking an Experience Planning and Strategy Training Manager supporting Entertainment training! In this role, you will support training strategies, planning, logistics, and more. You will collaborate with clients to provide training expertise, developing creative solutions that align with business strategies, and drive organizational improvement, supporting both routine sustainment and project training initiatives.
What You Will Do Partner and consult to create world-class training experiences that enable Cast Members to effectively perform their roles in creating exceptional Guest experiences.
Integrate with key Operations, support, and system partners to ensure alignment of vision in training strategy and delivery.
Develop project timelines, training plans, and training cost estimates supporting projects or key initiatives.
Ensure the delivery of training is grounded in job-specific content, delivered by qualified and motivated trainers.
Apply learning theory, benchmark best practices & trends, and maintain knowledge of creative and cutting-edge approaches to create training solutions that drive a lasting impact.
Create and deliver effective communication that keeps stakeholders informed of project progress and understand how to successfully integrate information with cross-functional teams and audiences at all levels, including Executives and all key partners.
Lead a team of salaried, hourly-union, and non-union Cast.
Required Qualifications & Skills 3 + years Salaried Leadership experience in Operations
Excellent oral and written communication skills, a professional presence and ability to present to all leadership levels
Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with team members, key internal partners
Nimble, organized and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail.
Leverage critical thinking skills to prioritize and define opportunities.
Willingness to learn and ability to proactively engage relationships to drive solutions.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and prioritization skills
