Nayax is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales to lead our sales efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and fostering strategic partnerships within the FinTech industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in North America.
Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of exceeding sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales organization.
Conduct regular performance assessments, training, and professional development initiatives.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Nayax's footprint in the North American market.
Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and continuously improve product offerings.
Sales Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales processes, tools, and systems.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales funnel.

Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales leadership roles within the FinTech industry, preferred SaaS/ Payments background.
Proven track record of implementing sales methodologies and sales workflow processes.
Strong understanding of payment solutions, financial technologies, and the North American market.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Ability to be both a "player/coach."
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a strong understanding of Salesforce.
