TheExecutive VP,AircraftManagement(ACM)is responsible fortraining,leading,andmonitoringthe Regional VPs of Aircraft Management inidentifyingand selling Aircraft Management prospects in a designated multi-state territory of the U.S. for assigned Jet Linx Base locations.Duties &Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operation, performance, and activities of the ACM Sales Team.Monitor team performance and provide metrics.Discover training needs and provide coaching as needed.Listen to team members andassistin resolving any issues.Developand implement short and long-term sales strategies, goals,andobjectivesfor signing up new Aircraft Management clients in designated territory to meetsalesgoals.Identifyandmaintainregular contact with prospective new Aircraft Management clients.Develop andmaintaina database of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face interaction, cold-calling, direct mail, email, and networking. MaintainaccurateCRM records of all sales, calls, presentations, closed sales, prospecting, andfollow-up activities. Prepareproposals, presentations,and sales contracts for new Aircraft Management clients.Coordinate a seamless handoff of the new Aircraft Management clients to the identified Base location.Participate in marketing events,national trade shows,andseminars toestablishnew referral sources and contacts.Establish andmaintainindustry awareness and competition.RepresentJet Linxat various community and business meetings at respective Base locations.Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal policies and directives on expenses and capital planning.Regular and predictable attendance.Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   Ability to prospect and sell to ultra-wealthyindividuals.Knowledge of contractingwith solid negotiating and decision-making skills.Excellent verbaland written communicationand interpersonal skills toeffectively interactwith all levels of the company and itscustomers.Exceptional strategic planning andcriticalthinking abilities.Ability to motivate others to reach salesgoals.Ability to be persistent and persuasive whiledemonstratingrespect.Ability tomulti-taskin ademanding,fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle and maintainthe confidentiality of sensitiveinformation.Self-motivated with the ability towork under minimal supervision,exercise independent judgment, discretion,andinitiative.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (HubSpot).Operate office equipment as needed.Education and Work Experience:   2-5 years of prior experience in aviation, especially inaircraftsales and managementrequired.Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with minimum of 2+ years of experience within aviationaircraftmanagement sales.Physical Requirements:  Majority of work is completed in a normal office workenvironment.Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily workfunctions.Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequentbasis.Ability to travelfrequently(50-70%).
