Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities: Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items Develop and implement creative menu items within the restaurant concept Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring Monitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality, and consistency on a daily basis Executive Sous Chef Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment Culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience is preferred Executive Sous Chef Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental at 30 days Paid Vacation Time Salary $90,000 - $110,000 plus Bonus and Relocation Package 401k Plan with Match Amazing Travel Benefits At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
