Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our organization. The Executive Director will oversee
operations, including program implementation, policy application, fund development, and resource and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Steers the organization's mission and vision, ensuring effective delivery of programs and services.
Develop and implement strategies for fund development and resource allocation.
Maintain accountability for all organizational assets and resources.
Foster strong relationships with churches, community organizations, and adoptive and foster parents.
Champion our client's commitment to serving individuals in psychological, social, and economic distress.

Creating community awareness of the needs of pregnant women with unplanned pregnancies.

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Background in Leadership/Management and preferably experience in the social service/nonprofit fields. Mental Health Counseling would be an asset. Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's preferred.
Proven leadership experience in human services or child welfare programs.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of adoption processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience with grant writing is preferred
Ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders through influence
